Job Summary

Fiserv Forum, VVIP Club is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and support our 
commitment to a flawless guest experience. The purpose of this position is to lead the VVIP Club operations 
including overall quality, service, and service staff performance. The Supervisor will work daily with the staff 
to ensure both Guest and Associate Satisfaction in the unit by training, coaching, developing and correcting 
behavior of the Associates.The Floor Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily service of the club dining 
room & bar. This role requires strong attention to detail, a calm and professional presence, and the ability to 
lead by example. The Floor Supervisor will manage the flow of service, support staff performance, and 
uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellenceThis is a leadership position that directs the work of hourly staff. This is an event-based role. Open 
availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is required.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and coordinate front-of-house service during service, ensuring efficient and exceptional 
guest experiences. 
• Act as the point person on the dining room floor, anticipating and resolving service issues 
proactively. 
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, service notes, and team goals. 
• Support and mentor hosts, servers, bartenders, and runners with real-time coaching and guidance. 
• Monitor and manage seating flow in coordination with the host team. 
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth timing and execution of service. 
• Uphold and enforce service standards, grooming guidelines, and brand values. 
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. 
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations as needed. 
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations. 
• Collaborate with the Clubs Manager and leadership team to continuously improve operations and 
guest satisfaction.Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-end or fine dining restaurant. 
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first mindset. 
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and fine dining etiquette 
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, craft cocktails & food 
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. 
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. 
• Proficient in POS systems. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
