Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to lead within a growing organization. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven District Manager (DM) to oversee all branch operations across delivery and warehouse functions. This role is responsible for driving execution of strategic priorities, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The DM will be accountable for delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs), including service levels, productivity, financial performance, compliance, and employee engagement. This leader will work closely with Customer Service Managers and regional leadership to ensure consistent, scalable operations that meet the needs of both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize daily operations across multiple warehouse and delivery sites.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs related to service, productivity, cost control, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational alignment.
  • Develop and manage district-level budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L in warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols, DOT regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
