- Pay Range: $76,240.00 - 78,000.00 annually

Role Summary:
The Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager for BA at Google will plan, organize, direct, arrange, evaluate and is responsible for the operations for the warehouse facilities, including the identification of opportunities for warehousing operation improvements. Oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatched of goods. It is also responsible that workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibly for the security of everyone in the building and the stock. This person is also in charge of meeting productivity targets, to manage teams and deal with personnel issues such as recruitment, training and discipline of staff
Responsibilities
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:
● Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure that productivity targets are met
● To train staff, monitor their performance and progress
● Communicate with other departments, staff groups and internal customers ● Oversee stock control and processing orders
● Ensure that quality, accurate delivery and budget objectives are met ● To respond and deal with internal customer communication in the most effective way available
● To keep stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements ● Should produce regular reports and statistics as needed
● To ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
● Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

● Must be able to lift 50lbs.
● Must have good computer knowledge.
● Must be able to use spreadsheets effectively.
● Ability to read and understand orders, stock rotation concepts and inventory systems. ● Possess customer service skills and abilities, able to take feedback and respond positively.
● Ability to use timekeeping system to properly record time worked for payroll processing.
● Possess the ability to meet Bon Appétit/Google unit specific uniform standards for this position.
● Ability to follow all unit safety requirements.
● Ability to follow instructions from multiple managers, chefs, and supervisors. ● Ability to work independently.
● Ability to work in a group/team and function efficiently.
