Job Summary
This individual will contribute to project work by monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. They will organizing and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates project management calendars for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Chairs and facilitates meetings where appropriate, and distributes minutes to all project team members
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable
- Provides administrative support as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Advanced computer skill sets in working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook). - Demonstrated ability to innovate processes and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, deadline management, and requiring minimal direction on activities.
