Salary: $85000 - $95000 /year

Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Manger will oversee day to day Beverage & Snack Operations to include Kitchenettes, Coffee and Juice bar locations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Beverage Manager will manage a team of 20-25 employees on a daily basis.
Functions/Duties:
- All Coffee Bar, Juice Bar, & Kitchenette Operations
- Menu, and product management
- Invoice, PAR sheets, and Financial accountability
- HR duties for Beverage team. while maintaining a strong relationship with the union
- Emphasis in wellness and zero waste management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft. Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- ServSafe Certification.
Necessary Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledgeable of Inventory, ordering, and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of Budgetary and accounting.
- Supervisor, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong Multitasking and communication skills.
- HR experience (managing HR expectations)
Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing & walking a minimum of 50% of the shift.
- May require lifting if up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to traverse all parts of the campus quickly
Work Environment:
- Fast paced with considerable movement throughout the day.
- Interaction with all types of people.
- Multi-unit locations spread out throughout the campus.
