Salary: $120,000 - $125,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity (Up to 20% of Base Salary)

Job Summary

At Wolfgang Puck Catering, exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall success of a premier corporate dining account and catering operation, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients, guests, and team members alike.
 
This leadership role combines operational excellence, hospitality, financial stewardship, and people development. Working closely with culinary, operational, and client partners, you will help shape innovative dining experiences, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and drive business results. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, and creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the account’s dining and catering operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and hospitality.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and partnership.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to managers and frontline team members, fostering engagement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to deliver innovative dining programs and successful catering events.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, labor planning, and expense control.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, health regulations, and workplace safety practices.
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menu strategy, guest experience enhancements, and special event planning.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee development efforts.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in client satisfaction initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate partners to implement new programs, best practices, and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience within corporate dining, hospitality, catering, foodservice, restaurants, hotels, conference centers, or related environments.
  • Experience managing operations, financial performance, and client relationships in a service-focused setting.
  • Ability to inspire and develop diverse teams through coaching, collaboration, and effective communication.
  • Strong business acumen with experience interpreting financial reports and operational metrics.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, team members, and business partners.
  • Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, operational reporting systems, and business applications.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Foodservice Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leading corporate dining, premium hospitality, conference center, or catering operations.
  • Knowledge of foodservice financial management, labor planning, purchasing, and contract compliance.
  • Understanding of current hospitality, dining, and workplace experience trends.
  • Experience supporting high-profile clients, executive stakeholders, and large-scale events.
