Job Summary
The Customer Relations Coordinator acts as liaison between the company and its’ customers to retain business, develop business and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with co-workers, manager(s) and other departments to accurately resolve customer needs and issues in a timely manner. All employees are always expected to speak and act with professionalism
• Responsible for the complete management of your accounts including orders, upselling, swapping, the addition and removal of equipment, contract management and renewals, monitoring the account for profitability and minimum spending amounts and taking the appropriate actions, including being able to assess the profitability of an account
• Answer all calls and emails coming into the customer experience loop to determine the action that should be taken with each call (process an order on the CDC website or in One Cup, process a product return or credit, obtain an ETA, investigate a complaint for further action, etc.). You must have good follow-up with clients
• Work from spreadsheets (same store sales, 9-month roll and no buy) to get a clear snapshot of the account; must be proficient in excel
• Create shopping lists on the CDC website for ease of ordering and customer use
• Must remain knowledgeable of our products and be able to make suggestions and recommendations
• Upsell customers and participate in monthly promotions
• Report problems to your manager to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe and professional work environment
• Work on special projects or tasks assigned by the Director or Manager of Customer Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Must have at a minimum an intermediate knowledge of Excel to include formulas and functions
• High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
