FILED SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for full-time FILED SERVICE TECHNICIAN positions.
• Location: Coffee Distributing Co. - 200 Broadway, New Hyde Park, New York 11040. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; shifts are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
• Requirement: Must have strong technical aptitude and be comfortable repairing small appliances. Experience with light plumbing or basic electrical work is a plus. 
• Pay Range:  $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.

Additional Responsibilities: 

SUMMARY: The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various coffee and water equipment. Our ideal candidate is technically proficient, able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and has excellent customer service and time management skills. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Install, maintain, and repair coffee and water equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing information on the proper use of equipment.
• Keep updated records of performed tasks and customers.
• Manage and address any customer complaints or issues.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.
