Job Summary
Position Summary
The Sr. Senior Client Services Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company and select high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery across product portfolio management, ordering, logistics, and customer support. This role is pivotal in cultivating long-term client relationships, driving satisfaction, and delivering strategic insights on consumer trends and preferences. Operating with urgency and precision, the manager navigates cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that promote innovation, growth, and sustained success.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. -
Needs Assessment & Product Guidance:
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences. Provide expert recommendations and support on product selection, particularly in snack and beverage categories. -
Order Processing & Inventory Oversight:
Review and process purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability. -
Category Expertise & Trend Analysis:
Represent snack and beverage offerings as the in-house expert. Create compelling documentation and insights based on market trends to support client recommendations. -
Marketing & Program Development:
Design and implement proactive B2B consumer programs, including product rotation schedules and marketing initiatives. -
Client Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement:
Deliver impactful presentations to senior clients and collaborate with Compass sector partners to align on strategic goals. -
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Develop procurement strategies, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations. -
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks within procurement and service delivery processes. -
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and present key account metrics. Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. -
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve complex client concerns professionally. Escalate service issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in B2B services, grocery, distribution, or food & beverage industries
