Job Summary
Bring your passion for hospitality, creativity, and leadership to our team as an Events Manager. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of producing unforgettable experiences, whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large-scale celebration. From concept to completion, you’ll guide every detail, ensuring flawless execution and lasting guest impressions.
What you’ll do:

Partner with clients to design events that align with their vision and budget

Collaborate with chefs to craft menus that excite and inspire
-
Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships to deliver seamless service
-
Lead, train, and motivate an energetic catering team
-
Oversee schedules, staffing, and on-site execution for smooth operations

Manage budgets, financial records, and event reporting with accuracy
-
Serve as the key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish
What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of hospitality management, ideally in off-premise catering
-
A hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy, guest-focused settings
-
Strong communicator and negotiator with proven client relationship skills
-
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L
-
Skilled in coaching and developing staff, building strong and motivated teams
