Position Title: General Manager 

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Plan

Job Summary

Point Seven offers an elevated dining experience built around high-quality ingredients, an exceptional wine program, and a team that genuinely supports one another across both the front and back of house. We’re seeking a service-driven General Manager to oversee a team of approximately 50 associates and bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a creative, ownership-minded approach to driving sales, especially during weekday evenings. This is an opportunity to nurture a talented management team, elevate guest engagement, and shape the next phase of a high-potential restaurant. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence

  • Hire, train, coach, and support both FOH and BOH teams, including progressive counseling and terminations

  • Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing levels, and ongoing team development

  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal partners

  • Collaborate closely with the Chef and management team on menu development and food quality

  • Implement new culinary and marketing initiatives in partnership with corporate teams

  • Develop creative programming to grow evening sales and overall revenue

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in high-volume, service-driven hospitality environments

  • Proven P&L management and financial accountability

  • Strong track record of developing and mentoring management teams

  • High-volume production or catering background preferred

  • BS in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred

  • A growth-oriented mindset and desire to build a best-in-class team
