Job Summary
The Unit Marketing Specialist for NY/NJ is a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on leader responsible for driving marketing execution, customer engagement, and top-line growth across two key sites within the region. This role serves as a key partner to operations, culinary, and client stakeholders—bringing programs to life through innovative campaigns, compelling storytelling, and best-in-class guest experiences. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, content creator, and experience curator, with a passion for food, hospitality, and building meaningful connections with guests.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across sites to drive participation, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in partnership with General Managers and Culinary teams.
• Maintain quarterly and monthly marketing calendars, including promotions, campaigns, and key initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs to inform future strategy.
Content, Communications & Brand Management
• Create and daily management of compelling marketing content across multiple channels, including:
• Digital screens (Wand and App Space), Thrive mobile app placements, and social media
• Client communications, newsletters, and presentations (i.e., MBR)
• Ensure all communications and signage align with Eurest brand standards and client guidelines.
• Develop toolkits and communication materials (flyers, presentations, talking points) to support program rollouts.
• Act as a storyteller, elevating programs through strong visual and social media communications.
Guest Experience & Programming
• Partner with culinary teams to plan and execute events such as chef tables, samplings, and promotions that drive
engagement and sales.
• Lead the development and execution of special events, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
• Support new openings, refreshes, and concept launches with full marketing plans and customer engagement strategies.
• Champion innovation by introducing new products, concepts, and trends into the market.
Digital & Social Media Leadership
• Own and grow regional social media presence, including content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
Merchandising, Signage & Visual Standards
• Oversee execution of all signage and visual merchandising
Develop and maintain consistent signage packages aligned with Eurest standards.
• Support cafés with smallwares, merchandising packages, and décor enhancements.
• Manage client’s branded merchandise programs and retail opportunities (i.e., BNY Merch store, pop-ups, café retail).
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze customer data, trends, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.
• Track and drive key metrics including participation, sales growth, and customer engagement.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail
• Strong presentation skills with ability to engage clients and large audiences
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, digital and social content tools
• Experience with merchandising, promotions, and brand management
