Job Summary
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Associates at JPMorgan Chase's new global HQ at 270 Park! Featuring vibrant food halls, bustling cafes, curated retail experiences, and world-class catering, this high-profile location will stand tall among NY's finest. As the Restaurant Manager of a 50- seat a la carte restaurant serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, you'll ensure outstanding dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day operations of the restaurant
- Ensures a high touch hospitality experience to all clients, customers, staff
- Trains and manages staff to R/A and client expectations
- Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations
- Handles all financial reporting for the restaurant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of restaurant experience
- High hospitality IQ
- ServSafe Certification
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
