Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant, you will:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to successfully implement financial procedures.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to budget guidelines.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience with Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to new graduates; a degree is not required but preferred.
