Job Summary:
Working as a Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Concessions and Premium departments. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Not for Profit Group and Subcontractor payouts in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Track sales performance during events and provide post event financial analysis.
- Develop long term financial strategies for growth in stadium concessions and catering
- Monitor budgets for food and beverage operations, including game-day and event-specific budgets.
- Work closely with Purchaser to monitor and track invoicing, repair and maintenance and purchase orders.
- Ensuring accurate end of month inventory completion
- Supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed
- Executes all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Assistant Director of Operations/Department Head in accordance with Levy standards
- Completion and processing of alcohol incident logs to identify recurring issues or trends
- Oversee completion of all sanitatin and safety checklists as well as regularly auditing responsible alcohol safety logs.
- Assist in monthly theoretical reporting
- Supporting other properties and departments as demanded by the business
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
- ServSafe Certified preferred
