Salary: $72,000 - $75,000

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and employment branding for Moorings Park Institute. This is an onsite, system-based role in Naples, FL.

This position is accountable for discovering talented people and helping them find success within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and onsite leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the in-unit management team to determine current staffing needs, recruiting plans, and staffing forecasts.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Source candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with employee retention and development initiatives.
  • Organize, support, and attend career fairs or other recruiting events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review Frontline reports for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and process all necessary hiring paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the creation of new employee folders.
  • Prepare job postings, review applications, and interview applicants.
  • Make recommendations for a wide range of positions.
  • Assist with and conduct new employee orientation for all new partners / team members.
  • Create and provide training for managers on recruiting systems.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on job descriptions, interview skills, and the selection process.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Interact effectively and collaboratively with client groups.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the online recruiting and hiring system, PeopleHub.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as approved and assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume hospitality, healthcare, or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively integrate information in the completion of assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult or volatile situations/individuals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve complex problems.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources within the Centralized Staffing Team and is based out of the Moorings Park Institute system. This role also has a dotted-line relationship to the HR Generalist and VPO of the supported locations.
