Job Summary
Position Summary
Join Canteen as a Regional Field Implementation Manager, where you will drive execution, innovation, and growth across the Midwest Division. This role leads new business launches, product and equipment implementations, and helps field teams leverage data to improve performance. It’s ideal for a hands-on, analytical leader who enjoys travel, collaboration, and making a direct business impact.
Territory & Travel
- 40–50% travel required
- Territory: Milwaukee, WI base with travel from Chicago to Minneapolis
- 75,000.00- 85,000.00 w/ Company car provided
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Execution
- Support and lead new business launches and field initiatives
- Drive adoption of product, equipment, and operational strategies
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Data & Performance
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Present insights to support strategy and decision-making
Training & Support
- Train field teams to effectively use data and tools
- Partner with operations and leadership to ensure consistent execution
- Act as a liaison between field teams and leadership
Project & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive improvements
- Support office coffee and pantry program initiatives
What Success Looks Like
- Executes launches smoothly across multiple markets
- Improves performance through data-driven insights
- Builds strong credibility with field teams and leadership
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Drives measurable same-store sales growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business experience (foodservice preferred)
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Coffee/pantry, retail, merchandising, warehouse, or project management experience
