Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent, organized and reliable Dispatch Manager to lead our team of field technicians in the Preventative Maintenance Department. The Dispatch Manager will ensure timely and efficient dispatching of scheduled service calls by routing, scheduling, and tracking completion of calls to ensure that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, able to cultivate relationships with both employees and customers.

  
Essential Duties & Responsibilites: 
•    Coordinate and lead the scheduling of staff and dispatch preventative maintenance service calls. 
•    Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, hiring, training, mentoring, counseling, appraising and development.
•    Efficiently lead routing changes and prioritize resources to make sure services are completed in a timely fashion.
•    Continually assess the service level and provide recommendations to the Director of Service regarding opportunities to improve operational performance.
•    Connect with internal and external customers to provide updates, handle and resolve complaints or queries related to dispatch. 
•    Ensure vehicles, equipment and tools are regularly maintained and serviced. 
•    Lead inventory of supplies at satellite storage facilities. 
•    Build and maintain a positive work environment where team members and their contributions are recognized and valued. 
•    Ensure compliance of all safety and company policies and procedures.
