Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality leader to oversee our Hospitality Group and support key client relationships. This high-impact role is responsible for leading our team at the CDC, managing Attendant Supervisors and Attendants, and interfacing with senior-level clients to drive retention, optimize service delivery, and enhance the customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategies that support our retention and customer experience goals, while also identifying opportunities for innovation, revenue growth, and employee engagement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of pantry, coffee, and beverage operations at client sites, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure high-quality service, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Lead the Hospitality team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of pantry and beverage services
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective purchasing and pricing strategies
- Manage and guide on-site pantry and beverage budgets in collaboration with Account Management teams
- Design menus aligned with guest preferences and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, permits, and licenses
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve any service-related issues or complaints
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and uphold high standards for hospitality excellence
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Engaging, professional, and creative leadership style
- Experience managing teams, setting priorities, and driving process improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability to lead and manage business meetings and strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and collaborative team player
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in hospitality-related roles
- 7+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry
