Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Information Analyst works under the direction of a Regional Supervisor, primarily the assigned RDO, and analyzes business data and trends. The Business Information Analyst also develops recommendations and solutions to discovered areas of opportunity. This position is expected to have the ability to evaluate complex reports, and is a hybrid role, expected to travel to a hospital or meeting rooms occasionally.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, consolidate, and report operational metrics
• Identify performance anomalies and non-compliance with remedial activities
• Review operational data for completeness, validity, accuracy, and compliance
• Complete EOC and KPI dashboards
• Review inventory and coverage level changes and report to supervisor
• Monitor and track asset and service renewals
• Assist both Regional and Unit supervisors with requested reports
• Monitor and ensure compliance withing scope of contract through client facing KPI reporting
• Monitor client communication effectiveness with change orders, KPI, billing, etc.
Represent the company on various hospital committees and meetings to ensure safe and effective equipment operation to the contract specifications
• Provide reporting to client upon request
• Update coverage level and contract cost in CMMS after every amendment and change order
• Prepare quarterly notification reports for client
• Assist with annual budget and forecast
• Identify drivers of financial performance
• Assist in out-of-scope invoices, including distribution
• Review pass-through contracts and assigned work
• Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the business

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related subject or equivalent
• General knowledge of data analytics and financial management
Experience:
• Minimum of two years in data analytics or financial management
• Minimum of two years of customer service
