Job Summary
As the Catering Director in a corporate setting, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact catering and event services that reflect the professionalism and brand of our organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences that support business objectives and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of corporate catering operations, ensuring alignment with company standards, culture, and client expectations.
- Event Execution: Plan and manage a wide range of internal and external events—from executive meetings and board luncheons to large-scale corporate functions—with precision and professionalism.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, delivering tailored catering solutions that enhance the corporate experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing catering team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and ensure seamless execution of all catering logistics including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Innovation & Branding: Develop creative menus and service concepts that reflect the company’s brand and values, while staying ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or food service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—preferably in a corporate or business dining environment.
- Strong background in menu development, pricing strategy, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to manage high-profile events with discretion and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a client-first mindset.
