Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and coach two supervisors and approximately ten hourly associates, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
- Oversee all aspects of café operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience
- Plan, promote, and execute special events and café initiatives aligned with workplace needs
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards
- Manage operating budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery
- Utilize POS systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall workplace dining operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant food service management experience
- Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related luxury food service environments
- Experience working in high-volume, quality-driven operations
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
