Job Summary
Join a best-in-class hospitality team as a Catering Director, supporting a high-profile client account in a multi-tenant building. This is a high-touch, client-facing role where polished presentation, flexibility, and exceptional service are key. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily catering operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Supervise and develop a team of 2–3 hourly staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple tenants and clients through polished, professional service
- Flex quickly to meet changing client needs and event demands
- Monitor financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met
- Plan and execute special events, conferences, and high-end catering functions
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service operations
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished and client-focused
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Portfolio (e.g., Instagram or digital showcase) of past catering/event work preferred to inspire and engage clients
