Reports To: Regional Director of Operations
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Other Forms of Compensation: 20% Bonus Eligible

Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is seeking a strong Chef Manager to lead culinary operations within a prestigious law firm.
This is a Monday through Friday position with occasional evening responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven culinary skills with a strong kitchen presence
- Ability to manage Compass daily and weekly paperwork requirements
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and coordinating high-profile events
- Flexibility to support evening cocktail receptions (several per month)
