Corporate Essentials has an Account Executive position available. This position will focus on "new business" development as an individual contributor role. Working with Corporate Essentials means you’d be a part of a fun, kindhearted, passionate team who work together to reach sales goals. Corporate Essentials offers a base salary starting at $70-75K with an earning potential of more than $100+K where commissions are uncapped! Responsibilities:
- Generating leads: Researching the industry and identifying potential customers
- Contacting customers: Discussing customer needs with new and existing customers
- Educating customers: Demonstrating products and explaining how they can solve customer problems
- Negotiating: Negotiating prices and terms, and preparing sales proposals
- Building relationships: Developing working relationships with customers using interpersonal and customer service skills
- Following up: Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to continue relationships
- Resolving complaints: Providing solutions to customer complaints
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and networking
- Work with managed clients to resolve problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports within CRM
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously work to improve and grow
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, inspired to produce and to earn

- Excellent communication, both verbally and written
- High value on building strong customer relationships
- Track record of exceeding sales quota
- Strong understanding of sales cycles needed to close deals
- Consultative selling skill set
