The role demands a leader who can remain composed on the floor, pivot in real time, and master both the guest experience and operational detail. We are seeking a hard-working, high-volume operator with deep expertise in logistics, pacing, and service style — someone who takes pride in delivering magnificent experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinates and oversees large volume of internal on floor catering events and on floor service operations

· Leads daily catering delivery operations and on-site catering functions — including labor management, food preparation, transport, setup, guest service, and post-event breakdown.

· Oversee staffing, scheduling, and real-time issue resolution during peak periods

· Hires, trains, and schedules catering staff, and will be actively involved in the development of existing catering staff in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures

· Develops and maintains detailed SOPs for service delivery, guest experience, and event execution

· Partners with the Event Planners on menu offerings based on client feedback and market trends

· Booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience is key

· Collaborate with culinary and service leaders to drive quality and consistency

· Represent the spirit of hospitality through precision, polish, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field required

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3 years in management (preferably in high-volume, luxury catering, banquet, or room service operations)

· Expertise in service delivery, logistics, and event execution across multi-floor or complex environments

· Experience in menu selection and costing, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment to support high-quality event execution

· Proven ability to lead solution-oriented teams and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

· Strong background in staff management, team building, and labor cost management

· Ability to supervise food preparation, service execution, and post-event breakdown with a focus on operational excellence and guest experience
