Step into a leadership role at the heart of Manhattan’s premier corporate campus and elevate the standard of executive dining. As Director of Executive Conference Catering, you will oversee one of the city’s most dynamic catering and delivery operations—where precision, hospitality, and innovation converge to create unforgettable experiences.

This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to shape high-touch service programs across multiple locations, ensuring flawless execution and a true white-glove experience at every interaction. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at orchestrating complex logistics with elegance and professionalism, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Excellence: Direct daily catering operations and on-site events, managing everything from staffing and scheduling to food preparation, transport, setup, and post-event breakdown.
  • Deliver Unmatched Hospitality: Ensure every detail reflects precision and polish, creating seamless experiences for executive-level clientele.
  • Drive Operational Success: Develop and maintain SOPs for service delivery, guest experience, and event execution while resolving real-time challenges during peak periods.
  • Build and Inspire Teams: Hire, train, and mentor catering staff, fostering growth in service techniques, menu presentation, and hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Partner with event planners and culinary leaders to design menus that reflect client feedback and market trends.
  • Own the Details: Manage menu costing, contract pricing, and sourcing of temporary staff and equipment to support exceptional event execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hospitality Expertise: 5+ years in the industry, including 3+ years in management—preferably in luxury catering, banquets, or high-volume service environments.
  • Operational Mastery: Proven ability to execute complex, multi-floor events with precision and consistency.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in menu costing, contract pricing, and labor cost management.
  • Leadership Skills: A track record of building solution-oriented teams and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Ability to supervise every stage of service with a focus on operational excellence and an elevated guest experience.
