Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Job Summary

The Director of Hospitality Learning & Development is responsible for driving enterprise-wide hospitality excellence through the design and delivery of high‑impact training programs. This role serves as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing brand standards and the Company’s Culture of CARE while enabling associates and leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality guest and team experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate learning programs for frontline, supervisory, and leadership teams
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operational Excellence and People Services to align training with business objectives
  • Champion inclusion, cultural competence, and service excellence initiatives
  • Lead guest experience and quality assurance programs, including guest happiness assessments
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of customer service and operations experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or training experience
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital literacy
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

 

Travel Requirements:
  • Local travel approximately three days per week
  • Out-of-state travel up to twice per month, including occasional overnight stays
