Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Other Forms of Compensation: Commission Plan (Up to $45,000 based on Sales)

Job Summary
The Event Manager oversees the planning and execution of private dining and special events in a fine dining environment, ensuring each occasion reflects the restaurant’s reputation for fine dining and and impeccable service. This role blends sales acumen with hands-on event management, guiding clients through every detail of their experience, from initial inquiry to flawless completion. Success requires refined hospitality instincts, a polished professional presence, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with culinary, beverage, and service teams to create truly memorable events.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of private dining and special events, from inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring an elevated client and guest experience.

Build and maintain relationships with discerning clientele, corporate partners, and social planners to encourage repeat and referral business.

Develop customized proposals, event orders, and timelines that align with each client’s vision and the restaurant’s brand standards.

Partner closely with the culinary, beverage, and operations teams to design bespoke menus and experiences that exceed expectations.

Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring seamless coordination, timing, and presentation throughout service.

Represent the restaurant with professionalism and sophistication at client meetings, tastings, and industry functions.

Collaborate with marketing to showcase the restaurant’s private dining capabilities and highlight its signature experiences.

Maintain accurate event forecasts, contracts, and post-event evaluations to support business goals.
Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of experience managing private events in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or upscale hospitality venue.

Proven success in both client relations and event execution within a high-touch service environment.

Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to anticipate client needs and create tailored experiences with poise and discretion.

Professional polish and composure, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
