As the Event Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this culinary vision to life for private dining and special events. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Chef Onwuachi and both the culinary and operations team to design memorable menu experiences while coordinating every element of internal and external events.

Your work will directly support a restaurant recognized among New York City’s best, delivering hospitality that matches the creativity and vibrancy of Tatiana’s dining experience.

  • Contribute to special projects and cross‑functional initiatives that enhance Tatiana’s private events program.

  • Comfort collaborating directly with culinary talent, including writing menu proposals and translating client needs for Chef Onwuachi’s team.
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and client‑facing interactions.
  • Ability to stay organized, flexible, and calm in dynamic, fast‑paced settings.
  • Familiarity with event A/V equipment or willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative working style that values creativity, relationship‑building, and service excellence.
