Job Summary

Bring your culinary leadership to a dynamic, multi-unit environment where creativity meets precision. Restaurant Associates is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee commissary production and café operations. From high-volume prep to curated on-site service, you’ll lead with excellence, flavor, and a passion for quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all culinary operations across our commissary and cafés
  • Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated culinary team
  • Design and implement seasonal, trend-forward menus
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Launch new culinary initiatives in partnership with our corporate marketing and innovation teams

What You Bring:

  • Culinary degree preferred; strong culinary credentials required
  • 3–5 years of culinary leadership in high-volume production and/or catering
  • Proven ability to manage costs and streamline operations
  • A hands-on, team-first approach and a passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
