Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume corporate dining environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with guests, leading teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

 

As the face of the operation, the Front of House Manager will oversee guest service, café presentation, retail operations, and front-line team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility on the floor and active engagement with guests and staff throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional dining environment.
  • Monitor service standards, food presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Manage daily cash handling, POS operations, and retail merchandising.
  • Coordinate with culinary and catering teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, catering, restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining operations.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident presence.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash management preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain on your feet for approximately 70% of each shift.
  • Ability to walk the dining space regularly, interact with guests, and support service operations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
