GUEST EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR

Salary: $30 - $32 / hour

Job Summary

The Guest Experience Ambassador provides day-to-day operational and logistical support to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality functioning of the workplace. This role is essential in maintaining a well-organized, service-driven office environment, supporting both employees and guests through responsive and proactive service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, contributing to a seamless and professional workplace experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Replenish pantry supplies, ensuring consistent availability of food, beverages, and office essentials
  • Setup catering in pantry space and conference rooms when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all common areas
  • Provide general site support, responding to day-to-day operational requests
  • Assist with light janitorial duties, including maintaining executive office spaces when required
  • Support workplace readiness by ensuring areas is prepared for meetings, events, and daily use
  • Identify and proactively address operational needs or potential issues
  • Set up, configure, and break down meeting rooms to meet operational and client needs
  • Replenish beverage stations in pantry area and reception welcome area
  • Ensure workstations are free of unused coffee cups and water glasses
  • Maintain cleanliness and run dishwasher during daily upkeep
  • Replenish pantry space with dishware, coffee cups, water glasses but not limited to

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
