Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee a small to medium‑sized corporate dining account in NYC and support a broader region of business with training and new business support. This leadership role serves as the right-hand to a Regional District Manager and has expertise in all facets of our business from operational excellence, financial acumen, recruiting and training, and client relationships. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategy with day‑to‑day execution across a region.

 

This position offers an ideal Monday through Friday schedule; nights, weekend and holidays off!

 

Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day operations for a designated client location
Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
Manage all HR functions, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Oversee scheduling, payroll, labor management, and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal partners
Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high‑quality food, menus, and catering programs
Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive engagement and participation
Implement new culinary and operational programs in collaboration with corporate teams
Ensure adherence to Company standards, food safety, and service expectations


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
5+ years of foodservice operations experience; multi‑unit experience strongly preferred
Experience managing small to medium corporate dining accounts
Proven success managing budgets and P&L
Strong background in marketing and merchandising
High‑volume production and catering experience required
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high‑performing teams
Strong communication, organization, and client‑facing skills
