Position Title: General Manager- Corporate Dining
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Service Leadership
- Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for café, coffee bar, markets, EDR, and corporate dining operations.
- Ensure a luxury‑level guest experience consistent with a high‑profile corporate environment.
- Act as the polished point of contact for Deutsche Bank leadership, maintaining exceptional professionalism and communication.
Financial & Business Management
- Lead all financial performance for a complex $11M operation, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and detailed cost control.
- Drive profitability through strong retail expertise—merchandising, product mix, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Oversee inventory and purchasing with a disciplined, analytical approach.
People Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a management team of eight, fostering accountability, engagement, and growth.
- Lead a tenured union workforce with respect, consistency, and clear communication; ensure positive labor relations and contract adherence.
- Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence to motivate teams and uphold service excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Partnerships
- Serve as a collaborative partner to Deutsche Bank executives and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate operational updates, financial reporting, and service strategies with clarity and credibility.
Culinary & Program Development
- Partner with culinary leadership to support menu direction, seasonal concepts, and retail innovation.
- Oversee executive catering needs as required, ensuring smooth coordination and flawless service standards.
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, health department regulations, and corporate food safety standards.
- Uphold all brand, service, and operational standards across the dining portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in upscale, luxury, or high‑volume foodservice settings.
- Proven success in retail foodservice and strong financial management of large, multi‑unit operations.
- Experience managing unionized teams; ability to lead long‑tenured staff with diplomacy and consistency.
- Highly polished communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe Certification preferred.
