Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Other Forms of Compensation: Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity (Up to 20% of Base Salary)

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all dining, catering, hospitality, and guest service programs within the account.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget development, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management.
- Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to deliver elevated hospitality standards and memorable guest experiences.
- Foster a culture of service excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and ensure hospitality programs exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to design innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and customized dining experiences.
- Oversee premium catering, executive events, VIP functions, and hospitality services with a focus on flawless execution.
- Ensure operational excellence across food quality, presentation, sanitation, safety, and service delivery.
- Manage staffing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, training, engagement, and performance development.
- Analyze operational performance and guest feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Champion new hospitality initiatives, culinary programs, and service enhancements in partnership with regional leadership and support teams.
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal partners to create an exceptional workplace dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience leading upscale hospitality, corporate dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining restaurants, or premium catering operations.
- Demonstrated success managing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.
- Experience overseeing high-volume catering, executive dining, and special events.
- Passion for creating elevated guest experiences and service cultures rooted in hospitality.
- Strong client relationship management and executive presence.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Luxury hotel, resort, private club, or premium corporate dining leadership experience.
- Experience supporting executive dining rooms, conference services, and VIP hospitality programs.
- Multi-outlet food and beverage management experience, including restaurant-style cafés and high-end catering operations.
- Track record of elevating hospitality programs and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
