Salary: $92,000 -$100,000
Other Forms of Compensation: Commission Plan: Eligible for a 4% commission on event sales.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operation of The One Club, ensuring exceptional hospitality, service standards, and resident satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary ambassador for the Club, building strong relationships with residents, guests, concierge teams, and property management.
- Oversee daily dining room operations, reservations, and service execution while maintaining an active floor presence.
- Recruit, coach, schedule, and develop front-of-house team members, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
- Drive private dining, social event, and community programming revenue through relationship-building, networking, and proactive event sales.
- Conduct site tours, prepare event proposals, and serve as the primary contact throughout the planning process.
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to design and execute seamless dining experiences, private events, and resident programming.
- Ensure successful execution of high-volume events, celebrations, and special experiences while maintaining exceptional guest service.
- Monitor guest feedback, event performance, and operational results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, reporting, event documentation, and operational compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading hospitality operations within restaurants, private clubs, luxury residential communities, hotels, or related environments.
- Success developing relationships with members, residents, VIP guests, or repeat clientele.
- Experience overseeing private events, catering, banquet operations, or event sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable balancing operational leadership with hands-on service and guest interaction.
- Business-minded approach with the ability to grow revenue through events, programming, and community engagement.
- Passion for creating personalized experiences and fostering a welcoming, service-focused culture.
