The Marketing & Experience Manager is responsible for marketing, communications and client experiences, working to drive guest satisfaction, engagement and sales for a premier NYC client.  This is an on-site position that is highly visible and engage with our clients and daily operations. This person is a pivotal partner to the F&B operations team, promoting several "surprise and delight" culinary events throughout the year. Our Marketing Manager MUST be a proactive "do-er" with a can do attitude and an eye always on the details. Details matter! This role demands an experienced events marketing professional with proven experience engaging internal teams, and driving utilization & client/guests engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Launch and Launch Presentations & Communications
  • Marketing Calendar
  • Create and implement fun and exciting promotions to drive client engagement and participation including guest chef series, catering promotions/showcases and wellness engagement program
  • Lead planning and development of client-specific holidays and promotions
  • Engage and onboard new Restaurant Partners Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Communicates project details across all levels of the organization and across multiple departments

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Food & Beverage experience is a must - you understand food & beverage operations
  • Excellent verbal and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Skilled in design programs (Canva, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
