Salary: $36.54 - $38.46 / hour

Job Summary
The Client Center Reservations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all meeting and event space requests within the Client Center, interacting daily with the executive suite. This role oversees the booking process from initial inquiry through day-of changes, working collaboratively with Client Center Reception and Planning team members.
This position supports the executive suite and client meetings and events and is highly client-focused, requiring refined communication skills, a white-glove service approach, and exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Job Duties:
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury hospitality client experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for all meeting and Client Center space inquiries
- Strategically book initial meeting space and clearly communicate availability, guidelines, and required action items to clients
- Manage meeting changes, cancellations, and conflicts promptly and professionally using a solution-oriented approach
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Client Center teams, including catering, audiovisual, reception, and planning partners
- Manage space reservations in accordance with company policies and availability to maximize accommodated booking requests
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Provide support to Client Center reception and planning teams as needed
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and ability to exceed client expectations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Strategic, solution-oriented thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of office technology and equipment
- Full working knowledge of the reservations system
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

- Discreet, ethical, and dedicated to maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborative team player with a consistent, professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in conference services, reservations, or event coordination, preferably in a financial services, executive, corporate, or luxury environment
- Working knowledge of audiovisual and catering services
