Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Job Summary

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service and a refined guest experience. This role calls for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-end, design-driven environment and inspires their team through mentorship, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.

  • Partner with the management team to create cohesive culinary and service experiences.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented service team focused on hospitality and excellence.

  • Manage floor presence during service to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively.

  • Oversee labor and operating costs while maintaining premium standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support private dining, activations, and special experiences.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Model a culture of inclusion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining environments.

  • Deep understanding of service standards, wine, and beverage programs.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.

  • Passion for hospitality, culture, and design-driven spaces.
