Job Summary
As the Senior Concierge Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization—setting the tone for every guest, client, and employee interaction. You will manage the corporate switchboard and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and secure experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Training
- Supervise, train, and mentor concierge team members to deliver Platinum Service®.
- Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, acting as a role model in professionalism and service delivery.
- Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, recruits, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and secure throughout their visit.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Operations & Coordination
- Operate and manage the corporate switchboard with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are properly prepared.
- Manage catering orders and support the execution of special events.
- Report maintenance and cleanliness issues promptly and proactively.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain strong communication with service teams, sharing updates and standards.
- Provide timely and accurate information to colleagues and leadership.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
- Standards & Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, dress code, and security protocols.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with Fire and Life Safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering Platinum Service®.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation systems (e.g., EMS).
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours daily.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality services, including reception, event planning, luxury hotels, or airline industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-level guest services in a corporate setting.
