Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of a high-end hospitality environment. This role calls for a seasoned leader with a passion for exceptional dining experiences and the ability to create and execute refined, globally inspired menus. The Executive Chef will lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, team leadership, quality assurance, and financial management, ensuring every guest experience meets the highest standards of excellence.
This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule, ensuring seamless coverage during peak service times and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement seasonal, innovative menus that cater to an upscale, diverse clientele.
- Ensure flawless execution, presentation, and consistency across all food offerings, including à la carte, buffet, and special event service.
- Manage food and labor costs to achieve financial goals while upholding premium quality standards.
- Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory to ensure optimal sourcing and efficiency.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Mentor and develop the culinary team, fostering professional growth and skill advancement.
- Lead the execution of high-profile events, ensuring creativity and precision at every stage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-volume premium operations.
- Strong track record in menu development, global cuisine, and elevated service standards.
- Proven experience managing budgets, food cost, and labor controls.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment with professionalism and discretion.
