Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced U.S. Community Manager – National Lead to oversee and elevate the performance of Community Managers across all U.S. locations. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence to ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience for employees nationwide.
As the face of workplace experience, you will lead a distributed team, foster a culture of service and engagement, and serve as the primary liaison between local teams and senior leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that every employee touchpoint—from arrival to departure—is seamless, supportive, and aligned with our global standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
National Leadership & Oversight
Lead and manage a team of Community Managers across all U.S. sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
Develop and implement national standards, processes, and KPIs for community management.
Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and training to ensure alignment with global workplace strategies.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with Facilities, Tech, and HR teams.
Partner with global counterparts to ensure alignment on community engagement, service delivery, and employee experience initiatives.
Workplace Experience & Operations
Serve as the senior point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns across U.S. offices.
Conduct proactive floor walk-throughs to identify and resolve workspace, technology, and facilities issues.
Ensure all service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved through appropriate systems.
Monitor and analyze issue trends to identify root causes and implement preventative solutions.
Promote a safe, clean, and functional work environment, escalating health and safety concerns as needed.
Community Engagement & Events
Lead the planning and execution of national community engagement initiatives in collaboration with the global team.
Ensure events are inclusive, well-resourced, and aligned with company culture and values.
Track and report on event success through pre- and post-event analysis and feedback.
Manage event budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-impact experiences.
Team Development & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor Community Managers across U.S. locations.
Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback to support professional growth.
Conduct performance reviews and support career development planning.
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture focused on continuous improvement.
