Job Summary
The Vice President of Corporate Dining for Restaurant Associates will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of a complex corporate dining portfolio in New York. This role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining best-in-class service standards. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in foodservice operations and a proven track record of managing significant revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial, operational, and client satisfaction goals for the corporate dining segment.
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, profitability and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account leaders to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Drive innovation in culinary offerings, sustainability initiatives, and technology solutions to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development, marketing, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality, including managing a portfolio with $60M+ in annual managed volume.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
