WORKPLACE AMBASSADOR

Salary: $28/Hr-$32/Hr

Job Summary

The Workplace Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated experience for employees, clients, and guests by overseeing conference room coordination, pantry operations, and catering logistics. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to hospitality excellence.


Key Responsibilities
Conference Room Coordination
•Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of 13+ conference rooms.
•Replenish amenities such as water pitchers, glasses, pens, notepads, and branded items.
•Reset rooms after meetings, ensuring chairs are aligned and credenzas are stocked and closed.
•Monitor Outlook calendars and daily notes to verify room reservations and guest details 
•Coordinate with Guest Services and Reception for high-traffic periods and VIP arrivals 


Pantry Operations Management
•Oversee two pantries, ensuring they are fully stocked with snacks, beverages, utensils, and coffee supplies 
•Brew and replenish coffee throughout the day; manage espresso machine and cold brew prep.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry areas, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
•Perform daily walkthroughs to remove used items and restock as needed.
•Prepare pantries for the next day before 4:30 PM, including Friday deep-cleaning routines 


Catering Attendant Support
•Coordinate catering logistics for meetings, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage service 
•Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and presentation.
•Block buffer time before and after meetings for setup and cleanup.
•Provide white-glove service for executive-level and high-net-worth clients 


Qualifications
•2+ years of experience in hospitality, facilities, or office services.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.
•Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.


Work Schedule & Compensation
•Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (9-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch).
•Pay range: $28–$32/hour, non-exempt
