Salary: $30 - $31.25 / hour

Job Summary
The Workplace Service Community Manager is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. Manage, maintain, and stock all areas of the office. The Community Manager will be the point of contact for reception and executive office as well as curate events and community engagement activities throughout the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a smile, maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction.
- Restock and organize Pantries and Supply Closets.
- Prepare and maintain Workstations and Conference Rooms throughout the day and between meetings. Aligning all furniture to ensure a welcoming look.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all assigned areas.
- Manage inventory of supplies and keep assigned areas stocked and organized.
- Ensure pantry equipment (coffee mugs, tumblers, and catering supplies) is cleaned, sanitized, and organized daily.
- Provide general administrative support. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and anticipate customer needs. Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
- Working knowledge of department’s room reservation system.
- Working knowledge of basic technology in office.
- Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members.
- Report all maintenance-related issues.
- Communicate and interact effectively with all other departments.
- Prepare and plan special business-related events.
- Carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining professionalism while interacting with visitors, clients, and leadership in a fast-paced public environment.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and familiar with standard office technologies and equipment.
- Discreet, ethical, and trusted to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information or interactions.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport items up to 20 pounds, including office supplies, event materials, and equipment.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively to associates, clients and visitors.
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately in a professional and respectful tone with associates and clients.
- Ability to share ideas, feedback, and opinions in a constructive and professional manner.
- Ability to listen and be open to learn from other people’s advice and observations.
