Job Summary
The Workplace Services Community Manager is responsible for creating and sustaining a welcoming, polished, and service-driven environment for all associates, clients, and visitors. This role serves as the central point of connection for reception, executive office support, and community engagement, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and operational excellence.
The Community Manager curates meaningful on-site experiences, supports daily workplace operations, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch workplace program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community & Hospitality Experience
•Serve as the primary ambassador of the workplace, delivering a consistently warm, professional, and engaging first impression.
•Greet and assist visitors and associates with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional service standards.
•Anticipate needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
•Maintain strong knowledge of the building, workplace services, transportation options, and local amenities.
Front-of-House & Executive Support
•Act as the primary point of contact for reception services and executive office support.
•Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure a polished, organized, and welcoming environment.
•Maintain strong awareness of daily business activity, meetings, and office flow, communicating updates effectively to the broader team.
Community Engagement & Events
•Plan, coordinate, and support community engagement initiatives, business events, and workplace activations.
•Prepare event logistics, materials, and space readiness while partnering with catering, facilities, and other service teams.
•Support the execution of programs that enhance associate experience, connection, and culture.
Operations & Workplace Support
•Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned workplace areas.
•Manage inventory and ensure all supplies, materials, and amenities are properly stocked and maintained.
•Utilize room reservation systems and basic workplace technology to support meeting and event needs.
•Identify and report maintenance issues, service disruptions, or safety concerns promptly.
•Carry out and reinforce security, fire, health, and safety procedures.
Long Description
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Communicate and coordinate effectively with Facilities, Catering, IT, Mail Services, Security, and other operational partners.
•Support a culture of teamwork, shared accountability, and service excellence across all departments.

•Ability to lift, move, and transport items up to 20 pounds, including office supplies and event materials.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate effectively to associates, clients and visitors.
Ability to convey information clearly and accurately in a professional and respectful tone with associates and clients.
Ability to share ideas, feedback, and opinions in a constructive and professional manner.
Ability to listen and be open to learn from other people’s advice and observations.
