Job Summary

Create unforgettable premium experiences! The Sr. Suites Manager will oversee day-to-day suite operations, manage service staff, and elevate the premium guest experience at every event. This role will ensure seamless execution of all suite-level services and maintain close collaboration with culinary and operations teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in amangement of foodservice or hospitality, preferably with premium or VIP service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

  • ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all suite service operations before, during, and after events

  • Lead and manage suite service staff, including scheduling and performance

  • Ensure food and beverage is presented to premium standards

  • Respond to guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Liaise with culinary, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure suite readiness

  • Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

  • Responsible for facilitating suite food and beverage suite sales for Levy sports and entertainment venues.

  • Driving sales on a daily basis to increase revenue.

  • Strong ability to present and communicate with partners and clients both via e-mail, phone, as well as in person.

  • Ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines. Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
