Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
- Unload trucks and transport products, equipment, and supplies to designated storage areas.
- Store food, beverage, and non-food items according to company standards, including proper rotation (FIFO), food safety practices, and temperature requirements.
- Organize warehouse inventory, stockrooms, coolers, and freezers to maintain cleanliness and accessibility.
- Pull, stage, and distribute products for concessions, premium, culinary, retail, and catering operations according to event and operational needs.
- Accurately complete and process requisitions, transfers, and inventory documentation.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages, overages, or discrepancies to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of products received, transferred, issued, and returned.
- Assist with loading and unloading product returns and post-event inventory recovery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, dated, and stored in compliance with company policies and health department regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, docks, storage rooms, coolers, freezers, and workspaces.
- Support venue setup and breakdown activities as needed for events.
- Follow all cash, inventory control, loss prevention, food safety, and security procedures.
- Utilize inventory management systems, handheld devices, spreadsheets, or other technology to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with culinary, concessions, premium, and catering teams to support operational needs.
- Report maintenance, safety, sanitation, and equipment concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
