Job Summary

Keep the engine running behind the scenes!
As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations to ensure seamless inventory flow and timely distribution of supplies. You will lead and develop your team, implement efficiency measures, and maintain accurate records to support a high-performing venue operation.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience managing a warehouse or similar environment

  • Proficient in inventory software and basic Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and stay alert in emergency situations

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory procedures and lead end-of-month inventory counts

  • Communicate inventory usage to the purchasing team regularly

  • Oversee and schedule warehouse and utility team members

  • Maintain proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all stock

  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance protocols

  • Prepare and follow up on pull sheets and stock sheets

  • Submit inspection reports to purchasing leadership
